Creating Beauty While Preparing for the Unexpected
We were delighted to help Amy & Alan create their dream outdoor wedding. They envisioned a romantic garden ceremony surrounded by lush greenery and soft, natural lighting. However, with the unpredictable weather, we had to ensure their special day wouldn’t be disrupted by rain. Their main request was to maintain an open-air aesthetic while having a solid backup plan.
Challenge
The venue was in an area prone to sudden weather changes, making an outdoor ceremony risky.
Solution
We designed a transparent marquee that blended seamlessly into the garden setting, allowing natural light while protecting guests from unexpected rain. We also prepared an indoor backup plan with coordinated décor to ensure a smooth transition if needed. Despite light rain before the ceremony, everything proceeded beautifully, and the couple had the enchanting wedding they dreamed of.
